Application for Official Printed Records

Please Note: You can independently generate a digitally signed transcript of grades and a certificate of degree eligibility via the Student Personal Academic Dashboard. (A digital certificate of eligibility can only be generated for graduates from 2021 onwards).

  • An active student is entitled to receive the certificates free of charge.
  • Certificates cannot be issued in the event of a tuition debt.

Below is a detailed list of the printed certificates issued by the Faculty of Social Sciences: (Producing the certificates takes about five working days)

  • Transcript of grades - in Hebrew / English (detailing all courses and grades the student completed during their degree).
  • Certificate of degree eligibility – in Hebrew / English.
  • Certificate for continuing education benefits (Gmul Hishtalmut).
  • "Status of studies" certificate - for active students only, who have not yet completed their studies.

Important Notes: Upon completion of the graduation process and receiving the certificate of degree eligibility, digitally signed documents, including a transcript of grades and a certificate of eligibility, will be sent to the graduate's email address. No proactive request from the student is required.

How to order printed certificates:

  • Active students are welcome to place this order directly in the Student Personal Academic Dashboard or via the inquiry system.
  • Graduates or students who have discontinued their studies are requested to fill out the form below.

Cost of producing the certificates (3 copies) for graduates or students who have discontinued their studies: The cost is 35 NIS.

Undergraduate students studying in a dual-major track with the faculties listed below will receive their certificate at the respective faculties:

  • At the Faculty of Exact Sciences
  • At the Faculty of Life Sciences
  • At the Faculty of Arts (excluding Psychology and Communication students)
  • At the Faculty of Management (excluding Communication students)
